Holiday Toy Drive

During the Town Meeting, a few Smithfield High School students spoke to the LaPerche students about a toy drive they are organizing.  They asked the kids to donate new toys and new and used books to someone less fortunate than them. All donations will be given to Children’s Friend and Service.  You can learn more about the organization here.

Donations will be accepted until December 13th.  The high schoolers placed a box outside the office where your child can place his/her donation. Thank you for your generosity!

Dear LaPerche Families,

We are excited to announce that LaPerche will be celebrating the holiday season by participating in Smithfield’s All Lit Up Parade.  This year we will dedicate our holiday float to our own 5th-grade student Noah Antunes.

On Saturday, December 7th, you and your child are invited to accompany our float during the parade. If you are not able to walk, please cheer us on from along the parade route.  You are encouraged to wear NOAH Strong Apparel or the color green. A limited supply of shirts will be available the day of the parade.

The parade will begin at Smithfield High School and will end at  The Village Green, which is across from the Greenville Fire Department after the lighting of the Christmas Tree. (approximately 6:30 - 7PM)

Please be at Smithfield High School no later than 3:45 on December 7th. Please note, an adult must walk along with each child.

** (P&K Landscaping Truck / Noah Strong Float)**

Traffic will be tight, be sure to get there prior to parade start.

We are so excited to have this opportunity and look forward to a fun afternoon celebrating with friends.

Have a great Thanksgiving,
